A1 Reading for Beginners

Learning Objectives:

• Develop Basic Reading Comprehension Skills: Students will improve their ability to understand simple texts related to family and friends, daily routines, and hobbies and interests, building a foundation for more advanced reading

• Expand Vocabulary and Understanding of Everyday Topics: Students will enhance their vocabulary and comprehension through reading materials about food, weather and seasons, school days, and pets and animals, enabling them to read and discuss common topics with ease

• Improve Ability to Understand and Describe Personal and Environmental Contexts: Students will practice reading and understanding texts related to their home, getting around, shopping, and clothing, helping them to describe their surroundings and personal experiences in writing and conversation

• Increase Cultural and Seasonal Awareness through Reading: Students will gain insights into different holidays and celebrations and seasonal changes by reading relevant texts. This will foster a better understanding of cultural contexts and the ability to engage in related discussions
